We operate with GLS for our shipping services.
GLS (General Logistics Systems) provides tracking information for your shipments, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery and receive updates on its estimated arrival time.

When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse in Spain. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days from the order date and shipped the same day before 14:00 PM or the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Deliveries within a standard period of 24 to 72 hours throughout the peninsula and between 48 and 72 hours in the case of shipments to the Balearic Islands and Canary Islands. At the moment, we do not offer shipping to Ceuta, Melilla, Gibraltar or Andorra.

Express Shipping: We also offer an express shipping service with delivery within 24 hours. The cost for express shipping is 3.95 euros.
We offer shipping to the following countries in Europe at the specified rates:
- Germany: 9 euros (1-5 business days). For orders of 100 euros or more, shipping is free.
- France: 9 euros (1-5 business days). For orders of 100 euros or more, shipping is free.
- Italy: 9 euros (1-5 business days). For orders of 100 euros or more, shipping is free.
- Netherlands: 9 euros (1-5 business days). For orders of 100 euros or more, shipping is free.
- Portugal: Free (1-2 business days).
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor the progress of your delivery.
For orders outside of these countries, please contact our customer support team for further assistance.
Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient, and we recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
